ALWAYS view a potential property onsite – NEVER just from the road.  This 154 acre property is a prime example – and I almost made the mistake myself, doing a drive-by to begin with.  This place has Location, Location LOCATION!, with spectacular views, but you’ve got to be on it to see it!  Located just (JUST!) outside of Mora, with delightful views up and down the valley.   Choose a private timbered setting, or stay a bit lower in the valley – either way you go, you win.   Nicely shaped, this parcel looks to be about 1/3 big open meadow, 2/3rd forested, running from the Mora Valley floor to the top of the ridge overlooking the valley.  The breadth of potential here is big -Ranch?
