The Challenge at Sierra Bonita – SOLD!

Great views + great access + great trees + great rocks = great (but challenging) cabin site!

Figure out how to work with the challenges and you’ll get a great buy.  Be up in the tall pines and aspen on a quiet back road in the subdivision.  Maybe you’ll just camp here to get out of the summer heat, or make this a winter retreat for your ski adventures?  Angel Fire is 20 miles to the north, with both ski and golfing opportunities.  Fish at the creek and the ponds below – free public access at stocked trout ponds.

I am still looking for a property near Sierra Bonita and wonder why this property is considered a challenge? Is it due to rocks or steepness on the entire 7 acres?
